There are many Enemies in Memories of Mars. They are all AI robots.
Scuttlers
Scuttlers are robotic spider-like automatons. They will melee attack you or use their special abilities from range. They generally come in packs and are very quick.
There are 6 variants:

Mantis
Mantis are robotic quadruped automatons, larger than the Scuttlers. They will melee attack you or use their special abilities from range.

Serpentes
Serpentes are robotic snakes or worm-like automatons. They will melee attack you or use their special abilities from range, and will occasionally bury into the ground.
There are 3 Serpentes variants:

Drones
Drones are flying robotic automatons. They will attack you from the sky using their machine gun and rocket launchers. It has a spotlight that identifies the target.
There is only one variant of drone:

Boss
Boss is not really a class of robot as he is unique. He will attack you from the ground with machine gun, rocket launchers and nuclear bombs.
The boss was previously called the Juggernaut (season 8), but at the release (march 2020) he was renamed as B3-HE-M0-TH (BEHEMOTH).
